Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Lobby Night handles, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

When you browse

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are deleted after 30 days. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running a secure website.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising tags on this site. If that changes, this notice and the cookie policy will be updated first, and nothing will be set without your consent.

When you use the contact form

We receive your name, email address and message by email. We use them only to reply, and delete the conversation within twelve months of the last message unless you ask us to keep it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in answering the messages people send us.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, build profiles or send marketing email. We do not ask for accounts or payment.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to desk@lobbynight.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
